Vodafone ricerca un Cyber Security Coordinator che guiderà il team di Cyber Defence con l’obiettivo di proteggere clienti e dipendenti, sistemi e risorse di Vodafone Italia.
Role purpose
The successful candidate will lead the Cyber Defence team with the final goal to protect Vodafone Italy customers and employees, systems and assets.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Local Incident Response team with the objective to have a close link with Global SOC and address in a timely manner the incidents raised to Vodafone Italy
- Cooperate with Corporate Security on inspections/investigations/fraud scenarios acting also as a link toward Global Cyber Security in case forensic support or other cyber support is foreseen
- Lead Vulnerability Management process internal and external cross the different departments for prioritization and remediation
- Lead the pentesting activities cross all departments, prioritize remediations based on the risk and follow up with rechecks
- Cooperate with Threat Intelligence Team to identify threats that can affect Vodafone Italy and follow up on actions to reduce the risks
- Cooperate with SecbyDesign, Cyber Prevent and Governance, Risk and Control to identify root causes of incidents and agree improvements to lower the actual risk
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Ensure that incidents are managed properly in line with Global incident management process
- Prioritize and follow up vulnerabilities and main cyber risks within Vodafone
- Actively support Technology in identification of mitigation to risks
- Collect lessons learned from the incidents and plan jointly with the broader team actions to lower the risks
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Leadership and engagement skills to move the overall Company to lower the risks
- Keen interest in Cyber Security with a strong understanding of current security threats and trends
- Strong technical background in IT, Network and Security
- Technical knowledge of business and cyber security risk
- A proven track record of being able to handle complex projects
- Attitude to work in a complex, multinational environment
Must have professional qualifications/experience
- Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering
- Must have fluency in Italian and English.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a telecoms, banking, insurance, digital services sector
- Certifications in Cyber Security or Information Security Systems would be beneficial.
