Our cybersecurity experts on the Information risk management team use their technical expertise to help our customers analyse the critical technology areas that affect their business. Not all risk is eliminated but it can be managed through smart, creative and predictive strategies.
The IRM practice has a solid track record in information security and governance, which requires an understanding of technologies, a focus on innovation, a risk-based approach and functional experience in specific business sectors. Moreover, KPMG has developed a new cybersecurity framework drawing on the experience, standards and best practices of the various sectors and areas.
Your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work closely with leading companies in the sector in cybersecurity governance, identity access management, business continuity, threat intelligence and ethical hacking projects.
Specifically, you will join the Milan team and be tasked with:
- information security governance (policy, organisational models, etc.);
- business continuity management and disaster recovery management;
- identity access management (IAM) and identity access governance (IAG);
- privacy and IT compliance (e.g., data protection, Legislative decree no. 231, cybercrime and Bank of Italy regulations);
- security data analytics;
- business process re-engineering;
- application of the main standards (ISO27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.);
- security strategy and policy security risk assessment;
- risk management and control in the IT field;
- cybersecurity and vulnerability assessment;
- ethical hacking.
The ideal candidate must have:
- two to four years of cybersecurity experience in consulting companies;
- a degree in computer engineering, engineering management, telecommunications or computer and information science;
- excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
