Posizione

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our IT Security team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and expertise to ensure the security and integrity of our company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving security issues and assisting in the implementation of technical policies and procedures.

This is what you will do with us:

  • Monitor systems and alerts to identify potential malfunctions or threats.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and provide support to conduct thorough investigations.
  • Coordinate with the IT Security team to resolve any issues and mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical support for end-user issues.
  • Resolve hardware, software and network problems.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of tools and software.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Provide support and suggestions on security best practices and procedures to end users.
  • Document and update procedures and guidelines as required.

Requisiti

This is what we would like you to have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or proven professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Experience with security monitoring tools (EDR, XDR, MDM, Patch Management).
  • Expertise in IT software and tools, such as Intune, Ivanti, Mobile Iron, CrowdStrike, Fortinet.
  • Knowledge of Windows Client, Server and Azure AD operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
