The role’s mission of Digital Enterprise Technology platform leader (DETP) is to drive the delivery and optimization of new and existing business capabilities and solutions in OT/IT area and lead the digital transformation and implementation of Cyber Security culture. You will be working with internal BU teams and different central functions part of the CCH Group and manage relationships with drivers stakeholders.
Transformation means driving value, adoption and owning outcomes.
The role will also drive Innovation and MVP development around new ideas where the countries are represented:

- IT/OT security, industrial automation,
- IT/OT system integration, cyber risk assessment
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic alignment with business functional priorities
- Business functional engagement and trust building, having the full accountability for the DTPS provided in the country
- Responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of new IT/OT business capabilities and solutions in the business process area, leading identified agile projects
- Support cost planning and reporting, ABP and RE preparation
- Understand, apply and communicate PMO procedures, facilitate Sprint and PI Planning, coordinate vendors, internal resources and business teams for successful project delivery
- Ensure the application of cyber security standards in the industrial sector
- Supervise the implementation of OT-specific cyber security solutions provided by the group
- Promote a “security by design” approach in all industrial areas
- Point of contact between business requirements and IT technical implementation
- Define and ensure the application of IT security policies and procedures in the OT environment in accordance with company policies and industry standards (e.g., ISA95/PURDUE MODEL, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).
- Prioritization of local requests / deployment needs
- Successful product/service rollout in country
- Adherence to GDPR and other Data privacy requirements
- User centric product and service design
- Coordinate the regular releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3/4 years of experience in Production Companies
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Strong business awareness blended with digital & technology savviness
- Solid leadership and influencing skills and proven experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in managing people without authority and senior stakeholders
- Solid Experience on agile methodologies
- Experience on driving digital capabilities development & adoption within function.
- Experience in projects in one or more of the following areas: IT/OT security, industrial automation, IT/OT system integration, cyber risk assessment
- Technical training in the following areas: networking, industrial automation processes/platforms/standards (e.g. PLC, SCADA, HMI, Fieldbus, etc.)
- The following knowledge/certifications will be preferred: ISA95/PURDUE MODEL, ISO 27001, ITIL, DevSecOps
- Will to learn, open mindset and proactivity complete the profile
