Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Build and lead region’s Territory Sales team, a Team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs) that cover the market of mid size prospects and customers. Business responsibility is around $40m
- Hire, develop and mentor a team of Inside Sales Professionals from scratch
- Create a high performance and fun culture
- Overachieve on quota, product specific as well as new customer acquisition goals
- Create differentiated Sales motions for Cold calling and hunting of new accounts
- Upselling into the existing account base
- Utilizing technology and tools to drive best in class KPIs on client interaction and deal velocity
Your Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of Sales Management and Inside Sales Management
- Network Security or Cybersecurity background
- Past revenue responsibility of $40m+
- Experience in managing Track record of proven success
- Hands on leader
- Highly analytical and process oriented
