Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Build and lead region’s Territory Sales team, a Team of Territory Account Managers (TAMs) that cover the market of mid size prospects and customers. Business responsibility is around $40m
  • Hire, develop and mentor a team of Inside Sales Professionals from scratch
  • Create a high performance and fun culture
  • Overachieve on quota, product specific as well as new customer acquisition goals
  • Create differentiated Sales motions for Cold calling and hunting of new accounts
  • Upselling into the existing account base
  • Utilizing technology and tools to drive best in class KPIs on client interaction and deal velocity

Your Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years of Sales Management and Inside Sales Management
  • Network Security or Cybersecurity background
  • Past revenue responsibility of $40m+
  • Experience in managing Track record of proven success
  • Hands on leader
  • Highly analytical and process oriented
