JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
In the Cyber Security Operation Area works supporting projects and the activities.
Apply system security engineering principles to analyze already deployed solution and to deliver projects to enhance the security posture.
Develop suitable defense measures, evaluate system changes for security implications and provide valuable support to the cyber security operations staff with focus to resolve difficult cyber security issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Involved in Cyber Security Projects and Cyber Security Operations
– Identify Security requirements for new project activities based on Data Classification and Cyber Security Risk
– Reviewing current security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements
– Reviewing current security controls
– Development and design of security best practices
– Able to Coordinate Projects and to collaborate with Infrastructure and Application owner organizations
– Able to negotiate with internal and external functions supporting the employee workplace and the IT infrastructure environment
– Customer Oriented approach able to manage different topics
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
– Understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products
– Full Knowledge of Operative systems: Windows Server, Windows Client, Linux (Mac as a plus) and related hardening configurations
– Knowledge of Middleware and security configuration aspects: Apache, Tomcat, Java, Websphere,
– Full Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud Environments (i.e. Azure, GCP, AWS)
– Knowledge of: IAM, SIEM solutions
– Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security
– Experience on Virtual Client: Citrix XEN Desktop
– Active Directory Experience: User Management, Group Policy
– Scripting/languages: shell scripts, PowerShell Visual Basic for Application
– Networking basics DNS, DHCP, Troubleshooting
– Problem solving approach and structured focus on details
– An understanding of the ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks are required
– Written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus
– Cross cultural and cross function communication skills
– Teamwork & Proactivity combined with Organizational skills
– Self-motivated
– University degree in scientific-technological field
– 7 or more years of IT experience (at least 3 across the Banking /Insurance industries) with focus on security solutions (architect)
– Workplace Environment Experience: understanding of the distributed environment related to employee equipment (laptops, desktops) and security tools (End Point Detection and response, anti-malware, …) to protect company’s assets
– Knowledge of at least one between Cynet, Splunk, Qualys, Arcsight
– Proficiency with Office 365 software (excel advanced; power point advanced)
– Agile methodology is a plus
– Able to work under pressure and in a completely remote and autonomous way.
